1. Feels very sturdy, and looks like it was finished well, for a 3d printed part. It isn't an exact 1:1 copy of a standard Pacemaker lens board though, it doesn't have the raised bumps for the slide locks to press against. So the entire lens board seems to be designed to match the thickness of them, which I suppose would aid in more firmly gripping the lens board, but you do seem to need to slightly loosen the slide locks to get them to work well on this lens board.
