I used double side tape to hold the tag back down. This came from a QSC cinema speaker. One coil runs midrange, the other tweeter. There is 2 different model number on the crossover, QSC MHV-1090 and DCS-MHV-1090.

Pulling the QSC label up says it was made by BMS Speakers Gumbo Hanover Germany. Being used, it has some minor marks on. Crossover is not included just used the picture to show what model this came from. One coil read 5.5, the other 5.0 ohms.
