This kit seemed too easy. Much too aggressive and almost cost me my speakers.

Q: I just finished replacing my diaphragm and the horn still does not work. If you glue it, own it. Do not glue anything if you are unsure of the fit or sizing.

Q: I have a Jul audio sub woofer, and do not know my model. Speakers and parts showing signs of MI's-use, overpowering, under powering distorted, malfunctioning amplifiers, or improper crossovers will not be covered under warranty.

I have just finished replacing the foam surround on one of my two 11 woofers. They fit perfectly, and would you believe the glue provided lasted until I finished second speaker. Are solid, guys an example of how something should be done.

It was also very helpful to see how slowly the adhesive sets up, and keep turning speaker pressing foam into place until holds.

Test the horn by hooking it up directly outside speaker cabinet at low power. I will order any future speaker kits and supplies from simply speakers. Every step of the process, from initial communication to return shipping, was superbly handled, and quality workmanship on surrounds is sublime.

Some items may not quality for free shipping. Although I think could have centered the foam better on cone as you advised, everything worked out.
