Getting the old glue off was hardest part of job and most consuming. It was also very helpful to see how slowly the adhesive sets up, and keep turning speaker pressing foam into place until holds. It is the same glue used by many manufacturers to do speaker Assembly. Item MPN: MI-3087.

The video instructions have been unusually helpful, especially the hints to apply adhesive back side of foam before turning it over and attaching cone.
