This is sold as non-working, for parts or repair. It almost sounds like the voice coil is rubbing, but I can't really figure out what story is, because when move cone in and by hand voice coil does not scrape.
I have a number of other speakers, collectibles, and vintage electronics listed feel free to take look.
The one on front appears to be repairing a small tear. I tried playing it and pushing on the spider that seemed to make sound better. Up for sale here is this single vintage Jensen C12NF flexair 12 speaker. This has moderate cosmetic wear, and two blobs of hot glue on the cone one front back.
This measures around 12 ohms on my multi meter. Otherwise the cone has some dirt on it but is undamaged this tested and not in good working order plays music kind of scratchy a bit distorted. I don't know exactly what is wrong with this, but it may need reckoning or other repair.
