Shipping is via FedEx or USPS. Some of the cone come off with the foam when you cut it see pics, everything is pictured.

Shipping cost is whatever is calculated in the listing shipping calculator. I reformed this same similar Jbl cone with these surrounds and it turned out very good. The one in the picture, is not glue. Need refoam not reformed comes with foam attached to the cones.
