It was also very helpful to see how slowly the adhesive sets up, and keep turning speaker pressing foam into place until holds. With your glue I was able to finish installing the surrounds just as video describes. The amount of time and work saved over doing it the old way, makes a bargain. Please order MI-3035 speaker repair adhesive separately if needed. This causes distortion and poor performance.

The most common problem with speakers are rotted, torn or damaged surrounds. You beat which usually takes longer. I utilized the YouTube video to take me step-by-step through process. I can't imagine ever replacing surrounds the old way again.
