Nice vintage loudspeaker driver by Canadian brand Marsland from 1965 code ID 570L024M02. Don't choose either too low it may fried the speaker coil or high speaker will not vibrate enough. This is not a must in some case, mainly for TV or Radio replacement speaker but the nearest value will give best result.

The type of sound a driver delivers is not considered in the analyze as there are many types depending construction aspect IE: less bass/treble and its uses. Cross holes measurement is about 6 1/8 center/center. One of the photos with listing may show driver under test if there are wires connected. And finally, its thickness.

Output is typically 2 to up 4 watt Max for this type and have a 8 ohm impedance measured. See as well the measurement of fixation holes when equipped it have to be re-installed properly. Thickness is 2 9/16. My criteria is simple, to hear a nice clean sound with no distortion or scratchy due defective voice coil impurities accumulated on magnet, any cone issues.

It delivers a good efficient full range sound typical of this kind driver. Cone have been repaired in the past with no noticeable issue on sound. FULLY TESTED All my Speaker drivers are tested with music at the proper impedance setting using a multiple output PA amplifier from radio shack and FLAC player on AUX.
