They are a matching pair. As you can see these are new having never been mounted in speaker systems.

These tweeters came from a now closed service and were unused spare parts. These are the thinner type tweeters used in many model's of Infinity speaker systems.

As evidence for this, they have no screw marks around the mounting holes.
