When I got these, someone else had done a bad refoam job on them. These were used in the AR18, AR18S, AR18B, AR94, AR94S and AR94R, as well some other speakers from that era. I carefully removed the dust caps, pulled off excess glue from cone, and fitted new surrounds caps Tom at My Audio Addiction. They have been playing flawlessly in my much modified AR94S for around two years now.

I have been reforming speakers for over 20 years now. Up for sale is a pair of AR Acoustic Research woofers part number 2100370. Comes with gasket, trim ring, and mounting screws. The dust caps were also pushed in.

There was glue everywhere, the surrounds were put on oval, and they pinched where went under screws.
